Richard A. "Dick" Tesauro founded Tesauro Management Counselors, Inc. (TMC). Dick's senior management and business experience created an enterprise-wide strategy, organization and people skill set and seasoned perspective. His passions are Trusted Business Advisory and project consulting assistance focused on the strategy, organization and people for building Great Organizations.
Dick has 26 years of management consulting experience as an Ernst & Young Partner, a Metzler & Associates Partner and Shareholder, and President of TMC. He initiated and built Ernst & Young regional consulting practices in the Southeast and Southwest. Dick's successful corporate career included senior line and staff management positions with General Motors Corporation and Bundy Corporation. His educational background includes an MBA and BSBA from Wayne State University and the Executive Program at Northwestern University J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Dick has also taught at the university level and been a guest speaker for numerous professional and industry groups.
