Professional Fees Joyce delivers keynotes or general session presentations, break-out sessions, seminars, workshops, one-on-one consulting, and special presentations to select groups such as leadership teams or key customer groups. Multiple presentation engagements (same site or different sites and dates) may create opportunities for negotiated fees. Although speech fees follow an established schedule, consulting fees are negotiated on an engagement basis, based on the value delivered to the client. We do not have standard hourly, daily, or project fees. All professional fees are based on the scope of the engagement. Joyce flies unrestricted coach airfare and requires only standard lodging accommodations, including wi-fi access in hotels. Discounted Package Price For engagements scheduled for six months or more away, if the full fee and estimated travel costs are paid within 10 days of initiation of the agreement, a five percent discount may be taken. This arrangement saves you money and locks in the expense component. Products Herman Group books and tapes are available for purchase in quantity at substantial discounts. Clients are encouraged to purchase copies of books for all members of their audiences to provide meaningful, tangible take-home value. Payment Checks should be made payable to The Herman Group. The balance is due and payable two weeks before the date of the engagement.
