After attending the time management program, Don's organization is better. It is far from perfect, but at least he is setting some priorities and using his calendar more effectively. He tells you he is able to spend more time getting appointments now.

Don's sales have definitely increased. It seems that fewer deals are slipping away from him, since he is a little better at follow up. His paperwork is still late.
