Moreland is the Managing Partner of Psichometrics, LLC, an Atlanta based company. Psichometrics consists of 6 partners whose combined expertise and backgrounds allow for the development and marketing of state of the art psychometric assessments and services in the field of job fit competency measurement and performance management. Julie's fields of specialty are Assessment Technologies, Intellectual Capital Diagnostics, Team Engineering, and Pre-employment System Design. As a nationally respected authority on practical business applications of Assessment Technologies, Julie is the co-developer of several Internet based, psychometrics assessment products some of which are listed among the publications below. Psichometrics specializes in the development of psychometric tools as well as assisting alliance partners in customizing, private branding and implementation of major accounts to properly utilize these tools for hiring, coaching, team development and career development. Previously, Julie has also developed considerable financial and management expertise over the past 15 years in diverse business situations. As a high level manager in a $5 billion, 160-branch division of a Fortune 100 company, Julie gained a perspective on the complex workings of a major corporation. She then ventured into the challenging world of high tech entrepreneurs, as the Vice President of a $4 million start-up computer solutions company.
