Roger Herman is an internationally recognized leader in guiding corporate leadership strategies that result in greater acquisition and retention of top talent. He is author of 11 books including Keeping Good People, the pioneering book in the retention field.
A sought-after professional speaker, he shares his perspectives and advice at corporate meetings and conventions, in addition to his work as an advisor to senior leaders. Roger is a Certified Management Consultant, a Certified Speaking Professional, and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants. He is a founding member of the Association of Professional Futurists and a member of Mensa and the Society for Human Resource Management. He serves on the advisory board of the Human Capital Institute.
Roger is a graduate of Hiram College and holds a masters degree from The Ohio State University. During the Viet Nam era, he served as a counterintelligence special agent for the U.S. Army.

Joyce L. Gioia is president of The Herman Group. With an MBA from Fordham University (Marketing) and a BA from the University of Denver (Languages and Communications), she concentrates on internal marketing---how corporations engage their employees during the employment lifecycle. An active professional speaker, she has served
audiences throughout North America and five other continents. Joyce is co-author of five books, including How to Become an Employer of Choice. She has earned the designations of Certified Management Consultant and Certified Speaking Professional. Her consulting concentration includes building personal and organizational effectiveness by supporting the right people in the right positions for the right reasons---driving productivity and longevity.
Active as a workforce futurist, forecasting relevant trends, Joyce is co-author of the weekly e-advisory, the Herman Trend Alert. She is a Founding Member of the Association of Professional Futurists and active in the World Future Society.

As Managing Partner of Psichometrics,, Julie
is responsible for leading the organization together with its
external professionals in order to meet global objectives. During
the past 15 years, Julie has become a nationally respected authority
on practical business applications of assessment technologies.
As a benefit to the organization, she has developed considerable
financial and management expertise during the previous 15 years
in diverse business situations. As a high-level manager in a
$5 billion, 160 branch division of a Fortune 100 company, Julie
gained a perspective on the complex workings of a major corporation.
She then ventured into the challenging world of high tech entrepreneurs
as the Vice President of a $4 million start up computer-solutions
company.
Julie is the co-developer of several employment assessment products
used for pre-employment screening, career development, team development
as well as training and development. These products include JobClues™,
PerformanceClues™, CandidClues™, ExecutiveClues™ and
CheckStart™. As a Fellow of the Workforce
Stability Institute, she wrote a chapter of their
flagship book, “How to Attract, Optimize and
Hold your Best Employees”.
Bill Roy, Partner, Strategic Alliances and International

As VP Strategic Alliances, - Bill is a partner with Psichometrics
International and is responsible for mapping the strategic direction
of the firm including all business channels, strategic alliances
with large industry groups, associations, and other institutional
clients. He has directed the partnerships that have allowed
the firm’s assessments to be made available to over 60,000
companies in North America. Bill has particular expertise
in explaining and simplifying the use of assessments in all aspects
of business.
Bill has eighteen years experience working with large corporations
in the design and implementation of HR platforms and employee
benefit plans. Previously, he was EVP Sales for an
Atlanta-based HR technology company focused on web enabled HR
platforms and services. Throughout his career he has held several
high-level national sales and management positions. As
a high-impact sales professional at leading companies including
Blue Cross Blue Shield, he was involved in the reorganization
of a $800 million national accounts sales and service division
and was personally responsible for over $300 million of new business.
He is a graduate of Bates College.
