The online Career InsightsSM Assessment System is very robust and
yet easy to use. Many of our clients however wish to work
with our team to add even more value to the system in order to
meet their unique assessment needs. Some of the other ways
we work with our clients are:
- Integration using HR-XML
schemas to allow for a truly seamless experience to the user. Many of
our clients have an existing HRIS system, Applicant Tracking
System or other systems that they utilize in HR. We work
with the client and/or other HR vendor to integrate our systems
in order to create efficiencies for the client, applicants
and employees.
- Benchmarking studies to
tie the Career InsightsSM assessments
to job performance. Utilizing our team of well-known
psychologists and statisticians, we will work with our clients
to help them plan and build benchmarks for their positions.
- Ongoing validation studies
to demonstrate job relatedness, verification that key assessment
initiatives are being met such as reduction in turnover,
etc. and compliance with legal standards for human resource
assessments. Utilizing
our team of well-known psychologist and statisticians, we will
work with our clients to conduct ongoing validation studies
which may include predictive, concurrent or test-retest studies. We
will work together as well to publish the results of those
studies.
- Custom report development
including graphic style reports for higher volume positions
(See
Sample Custom Report). Some clients want a different style report which
can include graphic style reporting as well as custom development
of the behavioral interview questions. We work with our
clients to determine what style will best achieve their needs,
create the report and then launch them within their existing
online accounts.
- Succession
Planning is
one of the key components of the employee lifecycle. It
is critical to organizations to train, motivate and develop
talent. An
important part of that process is to plan and implement an
effective succession planning process. By helping our
clients to benchmark the jobs in their organization, we can
effectively provide some of the key clues necessary for both
the employer and the employees to plan ahead for future job
moves.
- Strategic
Workforce Planning utilizing
a Career InsightsSM Human Balance Sheetis one of
the key components of the employee lifecycle. We work
with our clients to analyze the Career InsightsSM assessment data
for their organization and map out the current balance sheet
of core behavioral competencies. This includes determining
key advantages and potential problem areas as they plan their
human resource strategy. For example, imagine that an
organization is planning to change their compensation plan
for their sales team and the human balance sheet suggests that
the new plan will be less effective for their current top sales
people. We would have discovered that this change could
be detrimental. By understanding globally how the current
workforce is behaviorally motivated can save many hours and
dollars spent on initiatives that won’t work for the
current workforce. The data to strategically plan for
your workforce is building itself in the Career InsightsSM online
system as applicants and current employees come into the system.
