It is well known that team dynamics can affect performance just as powerfully as overall job fit and employee attitudes.  For that reason, it is critical that a component of the overall Employee Lifecycle process be a consideration of how the individual “fits” within the team.  TeamClues^SM (formally launching in Fall 2005) is designed to help understand how the individual “fits” within the team and what dynamics may be present that are both positive and challenging.
