PerformanceInsightsSM
There are many
core workplace behavioral competencies that transcend most
jobs within the organization. Based on the Career InsightsSM personality and cognitive assessments,
PerformanceInsightsSM is designed to be used with current employees
for the purpose of helping both the employee and their direct
supervisor/manager plan for the employee’s development. The
report helps both the employee and management better understand
the individual’s core traits as they relate to job specific
behaviors. By understanding these behaviors, either the individual
alone and/or their manager can better understand how to maximize
the individual's performance. This could be relevant for a manager
to get to know a new employee faster or for use with current
employees to improve performance.
The report is broken down into two parts:
* Basic Work Behaviors that can apply to an individual in any
job and
* Leadership Specific Work Behaviors that relate to individuals
who are responsible for managing others
Tips are given for some areas and can be used to improve performance
if the area is considered to be important to job success.
