It is critical that organizations effectively plan and develop leadership in order to grow.  The Leadership Identifier assists in making sure that the individuals who are being developed do have the core behavioral competencies commonly found in effective leaders.  Those that don’t can become highly effective contributors to the growth and success of the organization in roles that don’t require direct management of others.  Neither the individual employee nor the company benefits when the employee is promoted to management or supervisory roles when they actually perform at a higher level focusing on their own objectives rather than managing other people.

Using the Career Insights^SM personality and cognitive assessments, Leadership Identifier is a report describing an individual’s core behavioral traits and cognitive reasoning speed. The report describes the participant’s core personality and cognitive measurements in the context of various behavioral competencies within leadership roles and what affect they may have on performance.  It then provides specific behavioral interview questions based on how the participant scored in various areas. 

This report is typically used as part of an overall program to determine what strengths an individual has in terms of leadership ability and what areas that they may need to develop.
